Why Volunteer in Tanzania?
There are plenty of advantages to being a volunteer rather than a tourist in Tanzania especially with Seeds of love Foundation. There is no better way to get to know the culture and the people of a country than to become part of its society and offer a helping hand.
Whether you’re doing a medical mission trip, joining a women empowerment project, or building houses, your contribution counts. Benefit from exceptional encounters with locals and other volunteers and experience Tanzania as an insider
We welcome anyone who wishes to volunteer with us for any short or long period of time.
It is suggested that volunteers come with an idea of what they would like to do at Seeds of Love Foundation, reading the suggested roles before you arrive may be useful in deciding what you can do to help. The volunteers need to be pro-active and be prepared to jump in and get involved.
Fundraising before you come is also a good idea as funds are very limited at Seeds so any extra contributions you can make towards a project or the general running costs will be gratefully received.
COST OF STAYING
Due to its fairly remote location it is suggested that volunteers stay within the family house. Volunteers are asked to contribute $150 per week, this includes their accommodation, 3 meals a day and a weekly clothes wash.
If Volunteers want to stay in the hotels instead of family house, can Contact us and we will send a Full Volunteering Package with Recommended hostels or hotels.
